Verification of all Utility Meters

Verification of each utility meter is critical to the RCM efforts. Knowing that the meter is accurate and doing what it is supposed to will have a direct effect on the energy savings (billing and consumption). Meter numbers, multipliers and meter locations are all verified with the utility bill and account information.
